A member of our staff will contact you by telephone to confirm your referral information and send a 'digitally signed' conformation by e-mail, hard copy or both.

We will qualify your seller to determine if they qualify to sell at auction.

You will be notified once the seller has signed the Uniform Real Estate Auction Listing Agreement and given a schedule of events.

The auction is generally held 4 to 6 weeks after the property is entered or listed with closing 30 to 45 days after the auction.

Payment is made at closing from the proceeds and is usually a line item on settlement statement.

  3. Submit the signed form by fax or e-mail at least 24-hours prior to the auction
  4. Attend the auction to represent your bidder as the auction winner
  5. Encourage them to close as agreed

Market Opportunity

Real estate sold at auction exceeded $100 Billion in the USA in 2012 with over 2,000,000 properties sold. The 'traditional' real estate market in the country was around $40 trillion or one third of the US economy with about 5 million existing homes sold in 2009. The National Auctioneers Association reports less than 350 people hold the A.A.R.E. (Accredited Auctioneer Real Estate) designation that are 'credentialed' to sell auction services. We plan to change that by building an army of trained auctioneer/agents to list property to be sold at auction.
