   • Requires one to complete 10-auctions within one year for certification
   • Less than 350 people hold the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate Certification.
4. Attend the NAR auction workshop prepared by Realtors without any real input from auctioneers and taught by Realtors most of the instructors have zero auction experience.
   • The course was given less than favorable reviews by people who have attended both the courses and the 'Train the Trainer' sessions but since they are Realtors don't want to be named.
   • The course will not give you the tools to make money in auctions without more trial and error on your end.
